Final sign bridge on Interstate 475 for the ramp split between Interstate 75/U.S. 23. There are no end signs posted for the terminus. Saginaw and Interstate 675 can be found 25 miles to the north. According to Isaac Wilson IV, this signage was replaced in 2004. Interstate 75 between Interstate 475 and Michigan 57 has been expanded from three to four lanes, with a fifth exit lane between Interstate 475 (Exit 125) and Mt. Morris Road (Exit 126) in both directions. The ramp from Interstate 475 North to Interstate 75 North has been widened from one lane to two, creating the new fourth lane and exit lane. Summer of 2002, Interstate 75/U.S. 23 southbound was widened from three to four lanes from Michigan 57/Exit 131 to the northern Interstate 475 interchange/Exit 125. Northbound Interstate 75/U.S. 23 will be widened during the Summer of 2003. Therefore new signage has now been installed along that stretch. Here is the first acknowledgement of Interstate 475 on southbound, two miles from Exit 125. Note that the Interstate 475 guide sign lacks an exit tab. Photo taken by Dan Garnell (12/27/02).
On the Mount Morris Road overpass is the one mile advance Interstate 475 exit sign on Interstate 75/U.S. 23 southbound. Note the omission of an exit tab again. Note in the next photobox, the original ground level guide sign. Photo taken by Dan Garnell (12/27/02).

Before the aforementioned widening, a single post overhead guide sign assembly held the 0.25 mile Exit 125 sign for Interstate 475. The first southbound exit of Interstate 475 is with Clio Road/Exit 15, one mile to the east. Photo by Eric Vander Yacht (06/01).
Finally, the ramp that leads to the start of Interstate 475 southbound splits off from Interstate 75/U.S. 23. The LEFT LANE ENDS acknowledgement is for the upcoming end of the new lane for Interstate 75/U.S. 23 southbound. Note also, based on the photo, that the 2nd lane from the right approaching the interchange also provides access to Interstate 475 southbound. Photo taken by Dan Garnell (12/27/02).
The previous incantation of the Interstate 475 south/Exit 125 guide signage. Both highways meet Interstate 69 while traveling through Flint. Interstate 75/U.S. 23 intersect Interstate 69 at Exit 117A while Interstate 475 intersects it downtown at Exit 6. Photo by Eric Vander Yacht (06/01).
