I-96 west at Portland and the former Business Spur I-96 (E Grand River Avenue / former U.S. 16). 11/05/11

Business Spur I-96 into the city of Portland followed Grand River Avenue (old U.S. 16) northwest from Exit 77 to Kent Street in Downtown. The 1.29 mile long route was decommissioned on October 31, 2007, when Grand River Avenue was transferred to the city (Bessert, 2026).
