Part of unsigned Nevada State Route 221, this business loop follows Chestnut Street (Old U.S. 40) through Carlin. Traveling 3.0 miles overall, Business Loop I-80 begins at SR 278 and Exit 279 to the west and ends at Susie Creek Way and Exit 282 to the east.
