Business Loop I-15 - Springville

The 1973 policy specified that a second business spur from I-15 could have been implemented from I-15 east to the city of Springville (The Deseret News, 1973). The route likely would have used 400 South (SR 77) east from Exit 260 to U.S. 89 (Main Street) at the city center. It was not posted in 1990 and probably never was.
