The temporary Interstate 5 Business Route designation for the c/d roadway connecting I-5 northbound with I-90 and Downtown area streets. 07/20/23

The collector distributor roadway along Interstate 5 for Dearborn, Madison and James Streets in Seattle was signed as Business Loop I-5 in 2018. Meant to clarify options for motorists along Interstate 5 northbound during the I-5 paving/expansion joint project, the designation was temporary (u/TheXZ, 2018). Sign replacements for Exit 164 A made in 2024 removed references to Business Loop I-5.
