Western Terminus - Interstate 64 - west of Louisville, Kentucky

Interstate 264 westbound lanes default to Interstate 64/U.S. 150 east into downtown Louisville. Exit 0B departs to the left for New Albany, Indiana, a Louisville suburb, and Saint Louis. The final mainline interchange of Interstate 264 is at U.S. 42/Exit 22 at Northfield and Winding Falls. U.S. 42 is known as Brownsfield Road as it travels northward from downtown Louisville to Prospect and ultimately Covington. The terminus interchange with Interstate 71 is in one mile.
