Temporary shield found along the frontage road (old U.S./Oregon 99) north of Canyonville; the interchange was under reconstruction, and this shield was posted directing traffic to the temporary on-ramp onto northbound Interstate 5.

As of 2005, this is the only reassurance shield posted on the mainline in either direction. This shield replaced the one depicted above and lies ahead of the Interstate 5 interchange on Interstate 105/Oregon 126 eastbound.
