Interstate Business Route 54

Okay, there really is no Interstate 54, but don't tell that to the City of El Cajon, California. A stretch of decommissioned California 54 was signed as an Interstate business route. Thanks to Mike Ballard who was with Andy Field when we discovered Business Route 54 back in Fall 1999.
